Hey guys, today is not a good one at all. We had rain and the place got cold and my pain spiked. I am talking today about breast cancer seeing that this month is breast cancer month. I have had family members dying of cancer but I was not around when they were going through their battle. Nevertheless it is not the easiest thing to go through as a matter of fact it is one of the hardest things to go through. Cancer is a killer, we all know that but what I am talking about today is not the people that died but the survivors.

I think that anyone who wakes up in the morning and is able to do at least one thing for that day is a survivor.(persons who are very sick) So in that light I see a cancer survivor. Many ladies who have cancer are not able to manage chemo, the hair loss, the weight loss among others. I thought of ladies who survive cancer and how they look after all the chemo. I know a few cancer survivors and I have to tell you they look very good. I came up with two phrases that I used and did two designs, sexy cancer survivor for those ladies who have looked real good after the fight and I am cancer strong. The latter one came from the thought just like any battle we fight today, if we come through it we are stronger persons before the battle. I really thought about this one and I realised that there is a strong for everybody but for cancer survivors there is cancer strong.

We give God thanks everyday for allowing us to see the day and for helping us to go through the day. At everything we do we tend to pull on an inner strength that we think we don't have and that makes us stronger. If you are a cancer survivor I lift my hat to you because you are winning a war that most have not. I thank God for you because your fight inspires me to fight harder. So for this month I am celebrating with the ladies who are surviving the war against cancer.
